Job summary

Wrike is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead Klaxoon, Wrike's visual collaboration strategy. You will define the Klaxoon roadmap, balance AI-driven innovation with customer needs, and guide the Wrike/Klaxoon convergence into a unified product experience.

You will build and mentor a team of product managers, drive adoption among Wrike customers, and shape the future of AI-native visual collaboration within Wrike's Enterprise SaaS platform.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading product managers or a complex product area with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of product discovery, customer validation, positioning, roadmap strategy, prioritization, metrics, and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS and enterprise customer needs.
• Ability to make hard trade-offs across investments, customer expectations, product convergence, innovation, and long-term direction.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, hiring, and managing performance of product managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Klaxoon strategy: vision, priorities, and roadmap across core whiteboard experience, AI, vertical differentiation, and Wrike/Klaxoon convergence.
• Grow whiteboard adoption and experience to make Klaxoon a world-class visual collaboration tool for Wrike customers.
• Enable AI-native R&D: help build processes and tooling for AI-native workflows and scaled output.
• Develop the PM team: mentor and grow product managers into strategic leaders and foster a Wrike-Klaxoon product culture.
