Job summary

Sitecore is seeking an experienced product leader to own the MCP layer and associated AI-enabled platform services. You will shape the context layer, headless AI services, and platform contracts, partnering with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, observable solutions.

You will drive evaluation frameworks, performance metrics, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality AI-driven experiences across Sitecore's product suite.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in platform or API product management, ideally with AI platforms or developer-focused products.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, knowledge graphs, MCP or comparable tool-use protocols, and modern AI/ML concepts.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data and telemetry to guide decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts into clear business value.
• An AI-first mindset: seek opportunities to scale the organization through AI-driven processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Sitecore's MCP layer and related gateway components.
• Drive the context layer with graph-powered services grounded in client content and data.
• Define and scale headless AI services used across product teams."
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and cost of AI services.
• Champion observability, performance, and multi-tenant scalability as core requirements.
• Drive early adoption with internal teams, customers, and partners.
