Job summary

Wrike, a leading work management platform, is hiring senior engineers to take high-level ideas and ship production-ready features end-to-end. You will own backend logic in Java/Spring and front-end touches in TypeScript/React, with extensive testing, infrastructure work, and rollout responsibilities.

AI-native development is central: use Cursor, Claude/Codex, and internal AI tools daily, while pushing back when AI output falls short.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering with Java/Spring, REST APIs, and SQL.
• End-to-end ownership of features or systems beyond ticket-level work.
• Experience navigating an existing codebase and reducing tech debt.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools daily in the workflow.

Responsibilities

• Take ambiguous ideas and convert them into concrete technical plans.
• Design, build, and ship end-to-end features across full stack.
• Balance reuse and rebuilding within a living codebase and manage risk.
• Apply AI tools daily to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• Make principled tradeoffs and push initiatives to completion.
