Job summary

Axway is seeking a Principal Product Manager for Amplify Fusion in Dublin. You will own the Fusion product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes, guiding integration, API design, and AI orchestration in a cloud-native environment.

You will partner with Engineering, UX, and Architecture to deliver high-impact capabilities, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive GTM readiness for major releases. Based in Dublin with hybrid work and ~20% travel, you will lead cross-functional teams and

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive product management or technical leadership for enterprise software.
Deep domain expertise in API management or enterprise integration and related spaces.
Experience with API design, developer tooling, and platform governance.
Experience navigating multi-team dependencies and enterprise release cycles.
Strong technical fluency across REST, API security, cloud-native architectures, and AI orchestration.

Responsibilities

Set direction for Fusion product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes across integration, API design, and AI orchestration.
Partner with Engineering, UX, and Architecture to maintain a prioritized backlog and drive go-to-market readiness.
Maintain direct relationships with strategic accounts and translate feedback into product direction.
Collaborate with adjacent product leaders on cross-platform capabilities spanning governance and monetization.
