Job summary

Sitecore is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the AI Platform to own the MCP infrastructure, Knowledge Graph-based context services, and headless APIs enabling agents and partner ecosystems. You will drive the roadmap, ensure scalability, and align AI services with enterprise needs.

You’ll work across engineering, data, and product teams to design, measure, and evolve AI-first platform capabilities, delivering reliable, enterprise-grade AI foundations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in platform or API product management.
• Strong understanding of AI platforms and data systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Sitecore’s MCP layer, including gateway and servers exposing tools, resources, and prompts.
• Drive the context layer using graph-powered services grounded in customer content and performance data.
• Define and scale headless AI services (LLM proxy, APIs, shared inference) for product teams.
• Design evaluation frameworks to measure quality, reliability, and cost of AI services.
• Champion observability, performance, and multi-tenant scalability as product requirements.
• Drive early adoption with internal teams, customers, and partners to shape platform contracts.
