Job summary

AECOM is offering graduates a chance to join our Traffic Engineering Teams across the UK & Ireland. You will be paired with an experienced engineer and mentored while contributing to live projects, learning software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and traffic modelling tools.

As a graduate, you will support road and streetscape design, cycle lane projects, and signal and signage design, rotating across projects to gain broad training within our Roads Graduates programme.

Qualifications

• BEng in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, or Geography with a 2:1 (or equivalent) or above.
• MEng in Civil Engineering, General Engineering, with a 2:1 (or equivalent) or above, or MA/MSc Geography would be an advantage
• Masters in Mathematics
• Enthusiastic, hard-working, technically proficient, with ambition and drive.
• Basic computer skills on Word and Excel are essential
• Good report writing skills are beneficial.

• Ability to structure & prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team as a whole
