Job summary

Arcadis is seeking engineers for its two-year GROW Graduate Programme in Ireland. You will work alongside client projects from day one and develop technical and professional skills through central training and real project exposure.

You choose a discipline, apply practical design and consultancy techniques, and gain international exposure with potential assignments beyond the UK. Travel and career development opportunities are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and consult stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home; virtual working where possible.

Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering calculations and design tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of drawings, BIM models, reports, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project teams.
• Participate in design reviews and QA/QC processes.
• Support project delivery to agreed scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Work towards professional accreditation (Engineers Ireland, ICE, IStructE).
