Job summary

Arcadis is recruiting for the two-year Graduate GROW Programme in Ireland. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to meaningful client engagements from day one, developing core engineering and consulting skills while pursuing your chosen discipline.

As an engineer, you’ll gain experience across electrical, mechanical and process domains, with opportunities to travel and work with UK&I and international clients, supported by graduate cohort training.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrates resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home; virtual working embraced where possible.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team to support client projects across architectural, process, HVAC, electrical and construction management services.
• Contribute to the design and development of electrical power, instrumentation and building services diagrams.
• Carry out design calculations (cable sizing, short circuit, lighting, power balance; arc flash) and prepare schematic/protection schemes.
