Job summary

Arcadis is seeking graduates for its two-year GROW Programme in Ireland. You will contribute to meaningful client engagements, develop core engineering and consulting skills, and be supported by a structured cohort training approach while gaining experience across projects in the UK and international clients.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required.
• Interest in engineering design, BIM and consultancy processes.

Responsibilities

• Undertake engineering calculations and design tasks.
• Assist in the preparation of drawings, BIM models, reports and specifications.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project teams.
• Participate in design reviews and QA/QC processes.
• Support project delivery to scope, schedule and quality requirements.
• Pursue professional accreditation (Engineers Ireland, ICE, IStructE).
