Job summary

Arcadis is seeking graduates for its two-year Graduate GROW Programme in Dublin. You will join as a Project Controls engineer, contributing to data gathering, analysis and cost-time forecasting from day one while developing core consulting and technical skills.

You will graduate with a recognised degree in project controls or related field, bring resilience and teamwork, and be prepared to travel for project assignments across the UK&I and beyond.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently graduated in 2025/2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required.

• Support project controls processes to understand time and cost outcomes.
• Assist data gathering, management and analysis to inform decisions.
