Job summary

Arcadis Ireland is launching its two-year Graduate GROW Programme to transition graduates into professional engineers. You will join a multidisciplinary team, contributing to HVAC and Building Services design while building technical expertise and professional skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Graduating in 2027 or recently in 2025 or 2026 with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree.
• Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willing to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working encouraged).

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC/Building Services design within a multidisciplinary team.
• Contribute to projects across energy saving, sustainability, and cleanroom-related works.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and deliver technical solutions.
