Job summary

Arcadis is recruiting for its two-year Graduate GROW Programme in Ireland, designed to transition students into professional engineers with client-facing project experience from day one.

You will specialise within an engineering discipline, gaining exposure to life sciences projects and multi-disciplinary teams while developing technical and professional skills through structured training and on-the-job coaching.

Qualifications

  • You will be graduating in 2027 or have recently graduated in 2025 or 2026, with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor’s degree.
  • Demonstrates Arcadian skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and being a team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and consult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design delivery for life sciences projects as part of multidisciplinary teams.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Process, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, CQV and Construction Management.
  • Develop block/process flow diagrams and P&IDs with the associated lists; produce datasheets.
  • Undertake technical bid evaluations; size equipment and perform mass/energy balances.
  • Attend Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) and HAZOP workshops; write clear technical reports.
