Ryanair invites applications for its 2027 Grad Programme in Ireland. The two-year scheme offers rotations across departments to develop transferable skills and understand Ryanair’s network as it grows toward 800 aircraft and 300m guests.

Grad roles include People, Operations, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Legal and Inflight. Participants receive mentorship from the leadership team and opportunities to work on high-impact projects across Europe.

Qualifications

• Studied a relevant degree programme (Bachelors/Masters) with a 2:1 or above, or on track to
• Graduated/university completed no earlier than 2025
• Unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel across Europe
• Strong analytical skills for efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
• Ability to work in a pressurised and fast-paced environment
• Organisational and interpersonal skills; ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Good sense of humour and doesn’t take themselves too seriously

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple Ryanair departments during the 2-year Grad Programme
• Receive mentorship from the leadership team and participate in a structured programme with trips
• Develop transferable skills and a deep understanding of Ryanair’s network as it grows
• Engage with cross-functional teams to support graduate projects across Europe
• Contribute to initiatives across HR, Operations, Commercial, Marketing, CS, Retail, Legal and Inflight
