Job summary

Ryanair in Dublin invites high-potential graduates to join the 2027 Group International Grad Programme. Participants will rotate across Dublin HQ and Malta, Warsaw, Vienna and Madrid, gaining transferable skills and deep insight into Europe’s largest airline.

Over two years, grads receive mentorship from the leadership team and work in a structured programme designed to accelerate growth and readiness for international roles within the Ryanair Group.

Qualifications

• Studied a relevant degree programme with a 2.1 or higher.
• Graduated no earlier than 2025.
• Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU.
• Strong analytical skills for efficiency, quality and continuous improvements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurised environment.
• Organisational, interpersonal skills and work on own initiative.
• Fluency in Polish, Spanish, German or Maltese will be highly regarded.
• Good sense of humour.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across Dublin HQ and Malta, Warsaw, Vienna and Madrid offices.
• Receive mentorship from our leadership team.
• Develop transferable skills across aviation, technology and operations.
• Participate in a structured two-year programme with rotations.
• Gain exposure to Europe’s largest airline and cross-functional teams.
