Job summary

Ryanair is inviting high-calibre graduates to join the 2027 Ryanair Grad Programme. Over 3.5 years you will rotate across teams and networks, gaining transferable skills and a deep understanding of our operations to set you on a career path to the skies.

You'll receive structured mentorship from our senior leaders, participate in rotations through Finance, and pursue an internationally recognised accounting qualification with ACA/ACCA support. Applications close 31 January 2027.

Qualifications

• Graduates with a relevant degree and at least a 2.1 (or on track to achieve one).
• Graduates must be eligible to live and work in Ireland.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
• Willingness to rotate across teams and networks.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Finance and other divisions to gain broad exposure.
• Pursue ACA/ACCA qualification with mentorship.
• Engage with senior leadership and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver value across the business.
