Job summary

Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline group, invites graduates to join the 2027 Ryanair Grad Programme in Dublin. Over 3.5 years you will rotate across Finance and related teams, gaining transferable skills and a headed start on a career in aviation and business.

The programme offers mentorship from senior leaders and an internationally recognised accounting qualification, with rotations through FP&A, Tax, Internal Audit, Financial Reporting and more, preparing you for leadership as Ryanair

Qualifications

• Studied a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics with a 2.1 or above or on track to achieve it.
• Graduated or expected to graduate no earlier than 2025.
• Right to live and work in Ireland and travel within the network.
• Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and improvements.
• Able to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Finance department and related teams to gain transferable skills.
• Pursue an internationally recognised accounting qualification (ACCA/ACA).
• Gain exposure across areas: FP&A, Banking, Internal Audit, Tax, Management Accounting, Financial Reporting.
