Job summary

Ryanair invites graduates to join its 2027 Grad Programme, a two-year, structured rotation across departments such as People, Operations, Commercial, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, Retail, Legal and Inflight. You will gain transferable skills, work with industry leaders, and build a broad view of Europe’s largest airline.

Selected grads receive mentorship from the leadership team, participate in trips and insights into the business, and must apply with a clear preference for department.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree with 2.1+ or on track to achieve it.
• Graduated/finished university no earlier than 2025.
• Right to live and work in Ireland and travel within Europe.
• Strong analytical skills for efficiency and improvement.
• Ability to work in a pressurised, fast-paced environment.
• Organisational and interpersonal skills; work on own initiative.
• Good sense of humour and resilient attitude.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across multiple departments to gain transferable skills.
