Qualifications
- Third-level qualification in Business, Human Resources, Commerce, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
- Previous internship, placement or administrative experience.
Responsibilities
- Supporting consultant onboarding and engagement activities.
- Managing contractor and compliance documentation.
- Assisting with contract administration and extensions.
- Supporting timesheet, payroll and finance administration processes.
- Supporting candidate sourcing and recruitment activities.
- Coordinating consultant and candidate communications.
- Maintaining business systems and databases.
- Supporting client, account management and marketing initiatives.
- Assisting with reporting and operational projects.
