Qualifications

• Experience in Executive Search or consultancy delivering senior-level retained solutions.
• Experience in Life Sciences or US recruitment market advantageous but not essential.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with senior clients and candidates.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with cross-cultural adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Executive Search assignments for senior leadership across international Life Sciences markets.
• Collaborate with Managing Director - International Operations on client mandates and development of international business.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' strategies, structures and growth plans.
• Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to business growth.
• Conduct market analysis, organisational mapping, and targeted headhunting across geographies.
• Identify, engage and assess high-calibre executives including passive candidates.
• Manage candidate assessment processes ensuring alignment of expertise, leadership, and culture.
• Provide market insights on leadership availability, trends, and competitor activity.
