Job summary

Irish Life Group offers a Graduate Programme providing rotational experiences across Customer, Advice, Corporate Client, HR and AI teams. It develops business, behavioural and technical capabilities while contributing to critical projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will experience collaboration with different teams, build skills to deliver on strategic goals, and gain exposure to multiple business areas within the insurance industry.

Our Irish Life Group graduate programme offers a rotational experience across a range of different business areas at Irish Life. Each rotation is designed to help you develop the critical skills needed to accelerate your growth and career progression at Irish Life.

Throughout the programme, you'll strengthen your business, behavioural, and technical capabilities while contributing to business-critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will experience new opportunities, team collaboration, and develop the capabilities needed to deliver and support on our strategic goals by making real impact.

The programme will offer experience across our Customer, Advice, Corporate Client, HR and AI teams. You will collaborate with different teams across our business, giving you a platform to learn, develop and help us build a better future.

Entry Requirements:

• Achieved or expected to achieve a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree (or equivalent for universities outside of Ireland) is a requirement to join the Irish Life Group Graduate Programme
• Candidates must be fully authorised to work in Ireland or hold a valid work permit for the full duration of the 30-month contract
