Responsibilities

• Identify and secure top talent using advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn, CRM, AI platforms).
• Own the recruitment lifecycle - from first contact through to successful placement.
• Build and manage strategic talent pipelines in high-demand pharma and biotech roles.
• Work closely with account managers to deliver against client deadlines and targets.
• Compete to fill challenging roles in a tight market.
• Contribute to LSC's growth by expanding high-quality candidate networks.
• Develop long-term relationships with high-performing professionals and global clients.
