Job summary

NETGEAR, Inc. in Cork is hiring Graduate Mobile Software Engineers to join our Mobile Engineering team. You will help build native Android and iOS apps connecting millions of NETGEAR devices, with ownership across the product life cycle.

You will work in a hybrid setup, spending at least three days in the office, collaborating with experienced engineers and leveraging AI-assisted coding tools to plan, write, test and review code from day one.

Responsibilities

• Building features in native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift) apps from ticket to release.
• Owning the quality of what you build, including functional QA and release validation.
• Testing on real devices to cover setup flows and edge cases.
• Writing and maintaining automated unit, integration and UI tests.
• Working AI-first, using agentic coding tools to plan, write, test, review and refactor.
• Automating repetitive work by contributing to CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Debugging and optimizing using production crash, performance and analytics data.
• Integrating APIs, SDKs and cloud services to power app functionality.
• Participating in agile ceremonies and code reviews, giving and receiving feedback.
• Delivering what the release needs, including tests, builds, scripts or specs.
