Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Cork invites applications for a Graduate Business Excellence Specialist. The role supports the Production System and drives continuous improvement within a cross-functional team across Orthopaedics manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with a process/engineering background, who enjoy problem solving, teamwork, and learning in a structured graduate program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Process Excellence/Engineering/Manufacturing or similar engineering degree.
• Recent graduate with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts.
• Ability to work well individually and remotely when needed.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Proactive, autonomous with good relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of Johnson & Johnson Production System.
• Collaborate with Ireland Graduate program and cross‑functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Knees, Hips and shoulder markets.
