Johnson & Johnson Cork site is seeking a Graduate Business Excellence Specialist to support the development and implementation of the Johnson & Johnson Production System. You will work within the Ireland Graduate program and the Business Excellence team to drive continuous improvement.

The role focuses on delivering Best in Class performance across manufacturing lines and requires proactive, self-motivated individuals with strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Process Excellence/Engineering or similar engineering/technology field.
• Recent graduate (2026 or due in 2027) with a quality mindset.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support the development & implementation of Johnson & Johnson Production System to deliver Best in Class performance, cross-functionally.
• Work within the Ireland Graduate program and the Business Excellence team.
• Assist in sustaining high standards of manufacturing performance across Knees, Hips and shoulder markets.
