Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelors degree in Process Excellence/Engineering, Manufacturing or similar engineering/technology bachelors degree.
• Recent Graduate (2026 or due to graduate in 2027)
• Continuous Improvement / Lean Manufacturing systems concept knowledge
• Ability to work well individually and remotely
• Pro-active, can-do attitude with high initiative and autonomy
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Data mining / reporting skills

Responsibilities

• Help establish and implement programs for Production Planning and Scheduling under direct supervision.
• Coordinate supply planning, purchasing and scheduling activities for products.
• Determine production plan with VS partner for timely completion.
• Manage on time supply to customers.
• Monitor scheduling with performance metrics such as schedule attainment and lead time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address constraints.
