Job summary

Working alongside experienced engineers and project teams, graduates will gain practical experience across design coordination, site engineering, project controls, quality management, health and safety, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with engineering software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support project engineers and managers with day-to-day project activities.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions.
• Assist with project reporting and documentation.
• Support design reviews and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
• Carry out site inspections and progress monitoring.
• Assist with snagging and close-out activities.
• Participate in safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives where applicable.
• Participate in graduate development programmes and mentoring initiatives.
• Work towards professional accreditation or chartership.
