Job summary

ProSource Recruitment Limited in Dublin seeks an Architect Graduate to join a team designing and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. This role offers exposure to a range of projects and an immediate start in a busy Dublin office.

You will prepare planning and tender docs, accompany on site visits, assist in client meetings, and research materials and codes to inform design decisions. Collaboration with architects, engineers and contractors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or masters in architecture required.
• Graduate-level eligibility for registration in Ireland.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design ability.
• Familiarity with planning and tender processes is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with senior architects.

Responsibilities

About the role: The ideal candidate will join a team responsible for designing and overseeing projects from their initial stages to completion. This role presents a chance for motivated individuals to engage with a range of projects and progress their career. The position is available for an immediate start and is based in Dublin.

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Preparation and delivery of comprehensive planning and tender documentation.
• Accompanying senior architects on site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and ensure that construction aligns with the intended design.
• Assisting in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their needs and preferences, and communicating design concepts effectively.
• Conducting research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and other factors that may impact design decisions.
• Working closely with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements.
