Job Description

Location: Clondalkin, Dublin

Salary: €50,000 per annum plus Sodexo benefits

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GMP cleaning team, ensuring all work meets client requirements and company standards
• Conduct regular audits, inspections and spot checks to maintain compliance and ensure the site remains audit-ready
• Ensure adherence to GMP, health and safety, COSHH and all relevant statutory and client procedures
• Lead, motivate, train and develop team members, promoting a positive and collaborative working environment
• Manage staff schedules, holidays, payroll administration and personnel records
• Monitor budgets, labour costs, cleaning materials and stock levels, minimising waste and maintaining cost control
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, training records and electronic systems
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver excellent service
• Deputise for the Cleaning Manager when required

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in a GMP or cleanroom environment
• Proven people management and team leadership experience
• Strong understanding of cleaning operations, compliance standards and safe systems of work
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good knowledge of budget management, stock control and administrative processes
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• A proactive, practical approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve problems effectively
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
