Job summary

CLS - Complete Laboratory Solutions in Ireland is seeking a TSMS Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the Technical Services laboratory, ensuring accuracy of test data, SOP compliance, and timely KPI reporting. Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology).
• Experience in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech labs with analytical testing (HPLC, SEC, CE, icIEF, Glycan).
• Experience with Empower/Nugenesis or LIMS.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform testing of studies across downstream, upstream, and floor investigations.
• Conduct and supervise analytical testing including HPLC, SEC, CE, icIEF, and Glycan analysis.
• Manage data using Empower/Nugenesis or equivalent LIMS/CDS.
• Lead method implementation for new or updated analytical methods.
• Review data, sign-offs, and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee lab safety, 5S, audits, and compliance.
• Own staff scheduling and training plans.
• Coordinate sample receipt/shipping and vendor PM schedules.
