Job summary

Klaviyo Inc. seeks a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead operations across international offices, including Dublin, London, Paris, Munich, Sydney and Singapore. Based in Dublin, you will oversee a distributed team, ensuring scalable programs and high-quality employee experiences across time zones.

You will partner with Real Estate, IT, and Communications to shape Klaviyo’s global workplace strategy and support Dublin HQ evolution while driving consistency with local market needs.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in workplace experience or related roles.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience managing teams across regions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead the international Workplace Experience team across EMEA and APAC.
• Own operations for the global office portfolio with local market alignment.
• Partner on evolving global workplace strategy and governance.
• Oversee Dublin HQ buildout, readiness, and change management in collaboration with Real Estate.
• Support expansion: new offices, processes, vendors, and programming.
• Translate employee feedback and data into actionable workplace investments.
