Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proven experience building and scaling engineering teams
• Deep hands-on experience with cloud-native production systems (AWS preferred)
• Strong background in distributed systems, observability, and infrastructure as code

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for a unified SRE organization in Dublin.
• Build and mentor a world-class, multi-disciplinary team of engineers.
• Embed reliability principles across the full software development lifecycle.
• Own platform integrity including availability, latency, performance and capacity planning.
• Lead automation and self-service tooling to enable fast, secure delivery.
• Ensure GDPR and international data protection compliance and controls.
