Klaviyos is seeking a Manager, Workplace Experience to lead operations across our international office portfolio, including Dublin, London, Paris, and beyond. Based in Dublin, you’ll oversee a distributed team, drive programs that enhance employee experience, and partner with Real Estate, IT and Communications to scale our workplace strategy.

You’ll build scalable processes, manage vendors, and create workplaces where people thrive.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in workplace experience or facilities leadership.
• Proven leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Systems-thinking approach to design scalable programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead international Workplace Experience team across EMEA and APAC.
• Own operations across multiple offices, vendors, and regulatory environments.
• Partner on developing and evolving global workplace strategy with stakeholders.
• Oversee Dublin headquarters buildout and ongoing operations.
• Drive data-driven improvements using employee feedback and usage data.
