PGIM Global Wealth is seeking a Corporate Counsel in Dublin, supporting the expanding legal team for funds domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg. You will advise on UCITS and AIF structures and help support global distribution with practical legal guidance to business partners.

The role requires a solicitor qualification and experience in asset management law, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, professional environment.

Experience practicing asset management law and understanding investment strategies.

Experience advising on cross-border marketing rules for funds.

Mansioni

Drafting and maintaining UCITS and AIF fund documentation and policies.
Advising on RFPs and due diligence requests.
Advising on cross-border marketing rules and fund registrations.
Leading negotiations and drafting contracts with distributors and service providers.
Coordinating with external counsel in Ireland and other jurisdictions.
