PGIM Global Wealth is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a small, dynamic legal team supporting the expanding business in Ireland and Luxembourg. You will work on UCITS and AIFs, advise on cross-border marketing rules, and collaborate with distributors and external counsel.

The role requires a solicitor qualification with asset management experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience practicing asset management law and understanding investment strategies and product structuring.
• Qualified solicitor with experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or in-house asset management legal experience.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Drafting and maintaining UCITS and AIF fund documentation including prospectuses, KIDs, and policies.
• Advising on requests-for-proposal and due diligence.
• Advising on cross-border marketing rules and registration for sale in new jurisdictions.
• Leading negotiations and drafting commercial contracts with distributors and service providers.
• Collaborating with external counsel for the funds in Ireland and other jurisdictions.

What you will do

You will be a Corporate Counsel in a small, dynamic legal team supporting the expanding PGIM Global Wealth business. You will work on different types of funds, both UCITS and AIFs, domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg. You will help support the global distribution of these products, providing timely, practical legal advice to our business partners.

What you can expect

• Drafting and maintaining UCITS and AIF fund documentation including prospectuses, KIDs, and policies
• Advising on the legal aspects of requests-for-proposal and due diligence requests
• Advising the business on cross-border marketing rules in various jurisdictions and supporting the registration of the UCITS and AIFs for sale in new jurisdictions
• Leading negotiations and drafting various commercial contracts impacting PGIM and the funds under management, including with third-party distributors and other service providers
• Working with external counsel for the funds, in Ireland and other jurisdictions

What you will bring

• Experience practicing asset management law, with an understanding of investment strategies and product structuring
• Qualification as a solicitor, with experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or in-house asset management legal experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
