PGIM Global Wealth in Dublin or London seeks a Corporate Counsel to support its expanding business. You will advise on UCITS and AIF funds domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg, and help with cross-border marketing, RFPs and due diligence.

You will negotiate and draft fund-related contracts, collaborate with external counsel, and contribute to a global asset manager renowned for its collaborative culture and development of talent.

Competenze

• Experience practicing asset management law and understanding investment strategies.
• Qualified solicitor with in-house or law firm experience in asset management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Draft UCITS and AIF fund documentation including prospectuses, KIDs and policies.
• Advise on cross-border marketing rules and registrations for sale in new jurisdictions.
• Lead negotiations and draft commercial contracts with distributors and service providers; coordinate with external counsel.
