PGIM Ireland is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join a small, dynamic legal team supporting the growing PGIM Global Wealth business in Dublin or London.

You will draft and advise on UCITS and AIF fund documentation and cross-border marketing rules, while coordinating with external counsel and business partners to enable timely decisions across jurisdictions.

• Experience practicing asset management law.
• Qualified solicitor with in-house or law firm experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities with senior stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• You will be a Corporate Counsel in a small, dynamic legal team supporting the expanding PGIM Global Wealth business.
• You will work on different types of funds, both UCITS and AIFs, domiciled in Ireland and Luxembourg.
• You will help support the global distribution of these products, providing timely, practical legal advice to our business partners.

What You Can Expect

• Drafting and maintaining UCITS and AIF fund documentation including prospectuses, KIDs, and policies
• Advising on the legal aspects of requests-for-proposal and due diligence requests
• Advising the business on cross-border marketing rules in various jurisdictions and supporting the registration of the UCITS and AIFs for sale in new jurisdictions
• Leading negotiations and drafting various commercial contracts impacting PGIM and the funds under management, including with third-party distributors and other service providers
• Working with external counsel for the funds, in Ireland and other jurisdictions

What you will bring

• Experience practicing asset management law, with an understanding of investment strategies and product structuring
• Qualification as a solicitor, with experience as an attorney in a law firm and/or in-house asset management legal experience
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• High initiative and energy and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Collegial, professional manner

What We Offer You

• Private Medical Insurance: PGIM offers private medical insurance and pays the full premium on behalf of all employees.
• Annual Leave of 25 to 28 days, based on years of service, at full pay.
• Retirement Savings Plan: Employees receive a company contribution of 10% basic annual salary and a maximum employer-matching contribution of 5% of basic annual salary.
• Life Assurance & Income Protection: Life Assurance for 8 times your basic annual salary, up to a max benefit of £1.8million. 60% of your basic annual salary for a limited payment term of 5 years, at the end of which a capital sum of 2x your basic annual salary is payable.
