Job summary

SRG in Dublin is seeking a contract IT Program Manager to lead a complex HR transformation as part of a global divestiture. You will oversee end-to-end delivery of HR IT projects, including Workday and related systems, ensuring governance, budget, and stakeholder alignment across a multinational environment.

The role requires 5–10 years in IT project management, a track record delivering software projects, and hands-on HR system experience.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT project and program management experience.
• Track record delivering IT software application or development projects.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, Oracle or SAP.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of multiple IT HR systems projects, from planning through to go-live.
• Budget, resourcing, governance, risk and dependency management across the programme.
• Vendor coordination and executive-level reporting.
• Close day-to-day partnerships with HR, Technology and Business stakeholders to land the separation and migration of Global HRIS systems (Workday) as part of the divestiture.
• Ensuring every change lands within the Group Change Management practices.
