Job summary

Exclusive Networks is seeking a highly motivated Training & Enablement Manager to lead a comprehensive learning and enablement strategy across Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams globally (excluding the US). The role focuses on assessing capabilities, closing gaps and driving measurable revenue impact.

You will partner with the global L&D leader to build a multi-year roadmap, define role-based learning paths, and manage onboarding and content creation to empower our people

Qualifications

• Experience in training, enablement or capability development.
• Experience within SaaS or enterprise technology.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience creating learning pathways and competency frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Commercial awareness within a sales-led organisation.
• Ability to work across a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the global training and enablement strategy.
• Conduct capability assessments, skills audits and training needs.
• Create and maintain a multi-year learning roadmap aligned to business growth objectives.
• Define role-based learning pathways across Sales, Business Development, Pre-Sales, Professional Services, Technical Support and Leadership teams.
• Partner with the Learning & Development leader to leverage existing frameworks, tools and best practices.
• Design and manage onboarding programmes for new team members.
• Create, source and maintain training content, workshops and enablement programmes.
