Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. in Dublin hybrid is seeking a Sr Technical Training Developer to design, manage, and coordinate advanced trainer-led content for customers, employees, and partners.

You will work with SMEs across engineering, support, and consulting to create focused training and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions. Responsibilities include developing new courses, coordinating beta-teach activities, auditing delivery, and updating materials for product updates.

Qualifications

• Formal training in adult education or instructional design in technical areas.
• Proven ability to apply training materials across instructor-led, remote, and self-paced formats.
• Strong project management skills with multi-project delivery experience.
• Technical writing and rapid authoring tooling proficiency.
• Experience in CI/CD, containerization, IaC, scripting, and version control.

Responsibilities

• Defining the overall technical vision and requirements of new training offerings or series.
• Designing and developing new technical training courses / learning paths for various audiences.
• Coordinating beta-teach activities with trainers and incorporating feedback.
• Delivering technical training and Train-the-Trainer classes for F5 and ATCs.
• Auditing class delivery to ensure consistency and identify improvements.
• Managing multiple course development projects with schedules and milestones.
• Updating content for new product releases and changes.
