Job summary

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years' recruitment experience, proven tech recruiting capabilities, hands-on sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong stakeholder management in a multinational setting.

The Role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment services across Presidio's operations throughout Europe and Asia Pacific. Working closely with hiring managers and business leaders, you will identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent across technical, sales, engineering, consulting, and corporate functions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in technology recruitment and a proven ability to source and engage highly skilled professionals within competitive markets. This role requires exceptional stakeholder management skills, a consultative approach to recruitment, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions across different countries and time zones.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, and talent market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across Europe and APAC.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for key technical and business roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networking platforms, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Conduct recruiter screening interviews to assess candidate experience, technical capability, cultural alignment, and motivation.
• Coordinate and manage interview processes across multiple time zones and geographies.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, competitor activity, and hiring trends.
• Consult with hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, GDPR requirements, and company recruitment policies.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within UKG and other talent acquisition systems.
• Support employer branding initiatives and talent attraction activities across Europe and APAC.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and strategic hiring initiatives.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:

• 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
• Proven experience recruiting within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technical roles across networking, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, managed services, software, and professional services environments.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a complex, multinational environment.
• Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing methodologies. Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent vacancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working within applicant tracking systems and HR platforms.
