Job summary

Teleflex, a global medical technologies company, is seeking a Global Talent Development Administrator to coordinate and administer learning programs worldwide from Ireland. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience coordinating, organizing, and administering learning, talent development, HR, or training programs.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country programs desirable.
  • Experience in training coordination, learning administration, HR operations, or event management preferred.
  • Previous experience facilitating training sessions or willingness to develop trainer capabilities highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Talent Development Specialist in the successful delivery of global talent and learning initiatives.
  • Coordinate and maintain the Global Talent and Learning calendar.
  • Organize and administer global talent development programs, leadership initiatives, and learning events.
  • Support program logistics, participant registration, scheduling, training materials, and virtual event coordination.
  • Serve as the primary contact for program participants.
  • Coordinate communications related to Talent Management and Learning & Development initiatives globally.
  • Administer talent and learning systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate vendor contracts, invoice processing, and budget tracking activities.
  • Maintain and triage the Global Talent Development mailbox.
  • Prepare participant materials, facilitator guides, presentations, and training resources.
  • Support facilitation and delivery of leadership, onboarding, and professional development programs.
  • Develop capability to independently deliver selected training sessions and workshops.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and participant experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Reporting to Global Talent Development Specialist, this role is responsible for the effective coordination and administration of Global Talent Development programs and processes. The position supports the planning, organization, communication, and delivery of learning and talent initiatives globally. The successful candidate will ensure seamless program administration, provide outstanding participant support, administer talent and learning systems, coordinate vendors and logistics, and contribute to the successful delivery of training programs. The role will also support facilitation activities and be willing to develop and deliver selected training sessions as required.

Education / Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Experience coordinating, organizing, and administering learning, talent development, HR, or training programs.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-country programs desirable.

  • Previous experience facilitating training sessions or willingness to develop trainer capabilities highly desirable

  • Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable presenting information and facilitating group discussions.
  • Interest in learning design, facilitation, and training delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with LMS, SuccessFactors, or talent management platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
