Job summary

Teleflex is seeking an EMEA Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across the region, partnering with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and deliver a positive candidate experience.

The successful candidate will source candidates via multiple channels, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews and manage offers, while ensuring compliance and timely updates to stakeholders. This role requires travel up to 10% and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

  • Business fluency in English is essential to interact with stakeholders across Europe.
  • Fluency in a second European language is advantageous for regional coverage.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across the EMEA region, from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, define role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals and job boards.
  • Conduct candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, motivation and Teleflex values.
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers, advising on candidate availability and sourcing approaches.
  • Manage offers and support the recruitment process through to successful acceptance, ensuring clear communication with candidates.
  • Act as a Teleflex brand ambassador and provide a professional, inclusive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records within the ATS and ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
  • Participate in talent acquisition projects and events with third parties.

Position Summary

The EMEA Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of vacancies across the region, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates. The role will partner closely with hiring managers to understand business and talent needs, develop effective talent pipelines and deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience.

As a trusted recruitment partner and brand ambassador, the EMEA Recruiter will represent and bring to life our company values of building trust, entrepreneurial spirit and make it fun – both internally and throughout every candidate interaction. Success in this role requires a proactive and solutions-focused approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international environment.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned vacancies across the EMEA region, from coordinating the initial recruitment strategy call and sourcing through to offer and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, define role requirements and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Source and engage candidates through a range of channels, including LinkedIn, internal talent pools, referrals and job boards
  • Conduct candidate screening calls to assess skills, experience, motivation and alignment with the role and Teleflex values
  • Coordinate and manage interview processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates and hiring managers
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to hiring managers, advising on candidate availability, sourcing approaches and recruitment activity
  • Manage offers and support the recruitment process through to successful acceptance, ensuring clear and timely communication with candidates and stakeholders
  • Act as a Teleflex brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process and provide a professional, inclusive and positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records within the applicant tracking system, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation
  • Participate in various talent acquisition projects and initiatives, such as recruitment events with third parties
Education / Experience Requirements
  • 3+ years of results-focused recruitment experience, either within a recruitment agency or in-house environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in lieu of
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different seniorities and functions
  • Experience within the medical devices or another life science industry preferred
  • Demonstrated successful stakeholder management skills
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
  • Business fluency in English is essential

  • Willing to travel occasionally, both internationally and locally
