Approach People Recruitment in Dublin’s Blackrock office is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our team by the sea just outside Dublin. You will search for top talent daily and build real connections with candidates through calls and video chats.

You will work closely with our senior consultants to master the craft of international recruitment and manage end-to-end projects, with a clear path to an International Recruitment Consultant role.

Qualifications

• English language proficiency required; Spanish or German one of these is required.
• Some recruiting experience or willingness to take first steps in recruitment.
• Interest in international recruitment and working with clients abroad.

Responsibilities

Approach People is looking for its next Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our offices in Blackrock, right by the sea just outside Dublin.

Your Mission: Spot Top Talent & Trust Your Instincts

As part of a passionate team (around 15 people in Dublin, 30 overall), you will work daily on talent search. No automated, robotic recruiting here, we look for curious minds and smart thinkers!

On a daily basis, you will:

• Source with method and creativity: Explore networks and databases to hunt down the best candidate profiles.
• Be agile and clever: Read between the lines. When a candidate doesn't check every single box on paper, you have the flair to spot their true potential and see if they could still be a great fit.
• Build real connections: Spend plenty of time on the phone and video calls to connect with candidates, understand their ambitions, and pitch the right roles.
• Master the craft: Work closely with our senior consultants to learn all the secrets of international recruitment.
