Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle across multi-country projects. You will govern supplier selection, performance, risk and governance, working with Operations, Commercial, EHS/ESG, Finance and Legal to deliver value.

You’ll lead cross-functional teams, implement dashboards and ensure alignment with project pipelines, budgets and timelines, driving improvements in efficiency, compliance and cost control.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in supply chain, procurement or subcontractor management within construction/project-led environments.
• Clear understanding of risk, compliance and performance management across suppliers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally.
• Experience managing supplier performance, frameworks and governance processes.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting tools and digital systems.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the supply chain lifecycle from prequalification to reapprovals.
• Govern supply chain governance and act as single point of control for projects.
• Collaborate across Operations, Commercial, EHS/ESG, Finance and Legal.
• Set standards, enforce them and drive cross-regional improvements.
• Lead performance reviews, risk management and supplier development.
