Job summary

Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to own the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle across multiple regions and projects. Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will set standards, ensure governance, and drive performance across suppliers and stakeholders.

This leadership role requires balancing commercial and operational realities, building supplier options, managing RFQ/awards, and delivering improved productivity with clear escalations and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or subcontractor management within project-led environments.
• Risk, compliance, and performance management across suppliers.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data and dashboards.
• Familiarity with construction governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full supply chain lifecycle from prequalification to performance reviews.
• Set standards for supplier selection, evaluation, and governance across regions.
• Collaborate across Operations, Commercial, EHS/ESG, Finance and Legal.
• Build dashboards and track supplier performance across safety, quality, commercial and ESG metrics.
• Identify risks early and drive improvement actions.
• Manage RFQ and award processes with discipline on budgets and governance.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and escalation pathways.
• Work with Operations to improve labour and productivity outcomes.
