Kirby Group Engineering is seeking a Commercial Manager to lead commercial strategy on high‑value engineering and construction projects. You’ll own tender evaluations, contract negotiations, risk positions and dispute resolution while collaborating with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Finance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Manager or Senior QS in complex construction or engineering environments.
• Working understanding of planning, scheduling and progress reporting is essential.
• Ability to balance risk, value and relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shape commercial strategy, not just report on it.
• Lead contract negotiations, risk positions and dispute resolution.
• Manage revenue, cashflow and profit plans and challenge them when needed.
• Build, develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Finance.
