You will own the commercial picture from bid to final account, lead negotiations with contractors, manage revenue, cashflow and profit plans, and mentor a high-performing team. This permanent role offers an excellent package with room for negotiations and real opportunities to influence outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading commercial management on complex construction/engineering projects.
• Strong contract negotiation and risk management skills.
• Ability to manage revenue, cashflow and profit plans.
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Guide projects from tender to completion and close-out.
• Shape commercial strategy, not just report on it.
• Lead contract negotiations, risk positions and dispute resolution.
• Manage revenue, cashflow and profit plans and challenge them when needed.
• Build, develop and mentor a high-performing commercial team.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Operations, Engineering, Planning and Finance.
• Auditing live projects and improving commercial performance where it counts.
