Job summary

Sanderson Recruitment (Ireland) Limited in Dublin seeks a Global Supplier Capacity Manager to lead capacity analysis across multiple product lines and coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Sales. You will ensure capacity approvals support major opportunities in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management and ERP experience, with Oracle EBS knowledge considered advantageous. Permanent or day-rate contractors may be considered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years in capacity planning, production planning, or supply chain.
• Experience in manufacturing environment and scheduling.
• Experience with ERP/planning systems (Oracle EBS advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead capacity analysis for large deal opportunities across product lines.
• Manage capacity planning workflows and prioritise requests by deadlines.
• Coordinate with production planners to validate capacity and delivery timelines.
• Provide capacity updates and recommendations to Sales and Commercial teams.
• Drive standardisation of capacity planning processes across units.
• Support supplier and manufacturing capacity agreements and reservation processes.
