Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland is seeking an Assistant Manager for Global Statutory Audit in Dublin. You will lead multiple audit engagements for multinational clients and coordinate global audits across the Grant Thornton network, while developing junior team members.

The role requires ACA/ACCA qualification with four years post-qualification audit experience, strong IFRS and Irish GAAP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA with 4 years post-qualification audit experience.
• Experience auditing large Irish companies or international entities.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Irish GAAP; US GAAP awareness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple audit engagements for multinational clients.
• Review complex audit areas for compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with global member firms to deliver consistent audits.
• Liaise with clients throughout the audit cycle.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members.
• Prepare and review technical audit documentation.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Assist in proposals and client presentations.
