Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) invites a Social Media and Communications Specialist to join the Marketing team in the Department of Surgical Affairs. You will manage the portfolio of digital channels, craft engaging content, and drive campaigns to promote postgraduate surgical education and professional development to audiences in Ireland and internationally.

Qualifications

• Essential: Primary degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, digital media or related discipline.
• Desirable: Background in Membership, Examination, CPD, or Postgraduate Education environments.
• Postgraduate or professional qualification in digital marketing or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage key RCSI social media accounts, plan, execute and analyse activity across Ireland and international platforms.
• Coordinate messaging and content across postgraduate surgical training, education, research, examinations and professional development initiatives.
• Develop high‑quality written content for web stories, newsletters and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders to plan and deliver communications opportunities in a timely and coordinated manner.
• Ensure all communications align with RCSI brand guidelines and tone of voice.
